Document Linking and Attaching

Documents of any type can easily be linked to Individual and Organizational stakeholder records. These documents will be stored on a file server which is made accessible to the SRM system. Therefore the documents can be made available through a standard Windows Explorer application for internal users whilst external users access them through the SRM’s Web interface.

Documents can also be attached to Issues. These documents are embedded into the SRM system for ease of access and historical audit trails. Attaching Documents to an Issue is a powerful feature that ensures any relevant information can be used to support the consultation commitment process and resolution sign off. By storing documents related to Issues will ensure that proper historical data records are maintained for regulatory purposes.

		Excel Export Every Module contains a powerful feature whereby the data displayed can be effortlessly exported to Excel. Simply add or remove columns in your personalized display, perform a quick or advanced search and click Actions – Export to Excel. Voila, you have an instant reporting method that you can now utilize for further data rationalization or analysis.
		Print to HTML Much like Export to Excel, our Print to HTML feature allows you with similar ease to create an instant, printable report of the data in your display. Select your output criteria, and with two clicks of the mouse button, you have a report.
